END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR HARMONY

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Harmony ("the App").

1. LICENSE GRANT

Harmony grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Share or distribute the App without authorization
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App

3. PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. USER DATA

• The App collects and processes music listening data
• You retain ownership of your personal content
• You grant Harmony permission to use your data to provide services

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• The App integrates with Apple Music and other music services
• Use of these services is subject to their respective terms
• We are not responsible for third-party service availability

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time for violations of this Agreement.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modifications.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
